K-Readiness Members

Each school has worked diligently to train and assess students and are working towards identifying trends to support Kindergarten Readiness.  These schools' K-Assessment teams have put in hours of work to ensure future Kindergarteners start school at their highest potential.  We thank them for all of their efforts and look forward to welcoming several new districts in the future!  (* districts with credential for both cohorts)

The K-Readiness Credential asks schools to utilize the same kindergarten assessment and utilize data to identify areas where the community can support students prior to entering school.  Participating schools receive data analysis and assessment support and work with Thrive to support early education and resources for our youngest citizens.  Thrive and schools are working together to ensure all students start their education journey with maximized potential and support.  We thank our region and school support, as we begin to improve school readiness for all students, along with identifying areas of need and much need resources.
